Vegetable Noodles

This is simple yet a tasty recipe. Vegetables can be the best source of nutrients in our body. Therefore, we must put them, as much as we can in, our diet. Noodles are generally loved by kids. And if we can add so much of vegetables with it, then the kids will have it without any complains. You may add any kind of vegetables of your choice. Here I have skipped onions so that you may have it even during any upvas or Pujas.

Boil some water with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Add the noodles when the water has started to boil.

Wait till the noodles is half cooked. Don't wait till fully cooked, else it will be difficult to saute the noodles in the pan.

Drain the water and wash the noodles with cold water. Keep it aside.

Add some salt for the veggies. We shall add some more salt after adding the noodles.

Saute the vegetables in a medium flame for sometime. Add the tomatoes. Again saute it well.

Cook it by covering the pan with a lid else the cauliflower will not become soft.

Add the green peas and again cook it well.

Check whether the vegetables are cooked well. If yes uncover the pan, increase the flame and fry them well. Wait till all the moisture from the veggies evaporates.

Add the noodles, add some more salt and little bit of sugar to balance the salt. Saute it well in a medium flame.

Saute it well till the noodles are fried well. Add the black pepper powder.

Mix it well and remove it from the flame. Serve hot.
