Put the chopped beef in medium sufuria.

Add the garlic,cinamon n ginger.

Put to a source of heat at low temp till it dries up

Add the onion n fry to cook

Add the tomatoes n let them cook well. Carrots could be added to improve presentation.

Add some water to make soup.

N/B. The garlic should be crushed in salt till completely liquid.
