Take a large bowl add green gram,green chilli,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,salt,carom seeds,onion seeds,gram flour,rice flour and little water and mix well.

Heat enough oil in a pan.

Deep fry the pakora in hot oil until brown and crispy on a medium flame.

Serve hot with tea.
