Ingredients

  1. 2 cupvermicelli
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 1 tbspghee
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1/2 cupboiled peas
  6. 1 pcsfinally chopped onion
  7. 1 pcsfinally chopped green chillies
  8. 1 pcsfinally chopped capsicum
  9. 1 tspGinger - garlic paste
  10. 1/2 tspred chillies
  11. 1/2 tspsalt
  12. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tspchaat Masala
  14. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  15. 2 tbspCornflour
  16. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  17. 1/2 cupbread crumb
  18. As neededoil for frying
  19. Ball :-
  20. 100 gmpanner greated
  21. 1/2 tspblack papper powder
  22. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add ghee and roast vermicelli add water and cook for 5min.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan add chopped onion, green chilli and capsicum medium flame. Add ginger garlic paste saute and boiled mashed peas mix it.

  3. 3

    Put a lid and cook for 2min.add red chilli, turmeric powder, chaat Masala, garam masala, salt add mashed potatoes coriander leaves mix well. On a medium flame add vermicelli mix well and a medium flame. Put a lid and cook for 2min.gas flame off. Keep it aside in.a Bowl add bread crumbs.

    Take 2tbsp Cornflour and make paste. Make a small ball, take a ball in a slurry wrap in vermicelli.

  5. 5

    Heat oil a pan, deep fry all balls. One by one medium flame, once ball turns golden brown colour all sides and crips take it out.

  6. 6

    Balles :- one bowl add greated panner, black papper powder and salt mix it.Make a small balles and fry it -1 min. Keep a side.

  7. 7

    Drain on an absorbent papper and serve hot green chtuney or tomato sauce.
