Take a pan add ghee and roast vermicelli add water and cook for 5min.

Heat a pan add chopped onion, green chilli and capsicum medium flame. Add ginger garlic paste saute and boiled mashed peas mix it.

Put a lid and cook for 2min.add red chilli, turmeric powder, chaat Masala, garam masala, salt add mashed potatoes coriander leaves mix well. On a medium flame add vermicelli mix well and a medium flame. Put a lid and cook for 2min.gas flame off. Keep it aside in.a Bowl add bread crumbs.

Take 2tbsp Cornflour and make paste. Make a small ball, take a ball in a slurry wrap in vermicelli.

Heat oil a pan, deep fry all balls. One by one medium flame, once ball turns golden brown colour all sides and crips take it out.

Balles :- one bowl add greated panner, black papper powder and salt mix it.Make a small balles and fry it -1 min. Keep a side.

Drain on an absorbent papper and serve hot green chtuney or tomato sauce.
