For kachori add salt and oil in maida mix properly and knead maida with lukewarm water. prepare dough as for poori. Rest for 15 minutes cover with wet cloth

For stuffing heat oil in a pan add jeera,heeng, stir for few seconds add all chillies and ginger. Add other dry masala add boiled matar stir well.add amchur and chilli powder

Cover for few minutes so that masala is absorbed in matar

For making kachori take dough of one lemon size spread and fill one tbsp filling seal properly

Roll the kachorl to 2 inch diameter

Heat oil for deep frying kachori. Fry in medium heat. Let it fry for 10-15 minutes in low flame till crisp

Take out the kachorl and keep on kitchen towel,to drain excess oil

Serve with imli chutney
