Orange Bundt Cake (Miracle Oven-Casserole Oven)

Difference between making it in an electric or gas oven and on low heat: the flavor. Very easy, light, simple, and perfect for trying out or reusing this little gadget. If you don't have a mixer or want to do it the traditional way, call in the strong ones in the house to help with the beating. No sticking your finger in the batter to taste it (that's the first thing they'll do...).

Orange bundt cake Orange bundt cake
My kids won't eat oranges with seeds. Unfortunately, I found out after I bought a bunch navel oranges on sale. So I did what any baker would do with an over abundance of oranges, make an orange bundt cake with an orange glaze. Even though this recipe uses all parts of the orange, there were no seeds in it so my kids were happy. Rachel Rang -

My friend Rick shared with me a recipe of a Lemon Bundt Cake by pastry chef Regan Daley, based on a traditional cake made by antebellum Southern bakers. It bursts with lemon flavor. I added buttermilk powder to make the cake tangier, and poppy seeds, just for fun and texture. Ricardo -
