Ingredients

  • 400 gramsflour
  • 10 gramsyeast
  • 3 tbssugar
  • 1 tbsmargarine
  • 1/2 tspcardamon
  • Milk
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients together

  2. 2

    Add milk to form a dough and knead for around 10 minutes and live it in a warm place until it's double in size

  3. 3

    Punch it down and roll it,then cut them into donuts shape

  4. 4

    Leave it again to rise the deep fry until golden brown.
