Take a pan and add little water
Add grated jaggery
Let it melt - 2
Boil until the syrup thickens.
Cool and set aside. - 3
Now cook sago in 1.5 cups water until transparent.

Add milk and cook until it thickens.

Add cardamom powder. Stir.
Add cooled jaggery syrup and stir. - 6
Fry cashews in ghee and pour it to the pot.

Enjoy hot or cold
