The "Holiday" Cheeseball
I use this cheeseball recipe for almost every holiday and even for football parties. I simply change it's shape depending on what it's for! So fun!
Steps
- 1
Mix cream cheese and Miracle Whip until smooth. Add in cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese, green onion and pepper. Mix completely; cover and place in fridge overnight.
- 2
Now the fun part, create your cheeseball shape! I most recently crated a four leaf clover for St. Patty's pictured below. You can shape into anything you can think of, be creative! Once you have it shaped, coat the outside with pecans. Serve with Ritz crackers or crackers of choice. Enjoy!

Some variations and ideas: For Easter, you could make a carrot shape. Simply mix pecans into cheeseball and instead coat with cheddar cheese. Place a bunch of parsley at the top. For Christmas, shape into a Christmas Tree. Use chunks of bell pepper for lights or bulbs. For Superbowl, shape into a football, use pimentos or bell pepper slices for the laces.
