Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoonghee
  2. 1 cup sevai
  3. 1 litremilk
  4. 7-8 tablespoonsugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  6. 1 tablespoonchopped cashew
  7. 1 table spoonchopped almond
  8. 1 tablespoonraisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a Pan add sevai roast on medium flame

  2. 2

    Roast till the sevai golden brown

  3. 3

    Take a Pan add milk boil it

  4. 4

    When milk comes to boil add sevai and sugar mix it

  5. 5

    Add dry fruits mix it properly

  6. 6

    Then add cardamom powder

  7. 7

    Cook the kheer 4-5minutes more till the sevai cooked

  8. 8

    Sevai kheer ready to serve
