Soak rice for 15 mint

Add ghee to a cooker then add Cummin seeds..add clove,cardamom,tez patta,then add onion and fry 1 mint then add green chilli,ginger and saute well

Then add vegetables and fry 2 mint add curd,salt,red chilli,dhania,garam masala,biriyani masala,jeera powder and mix well then add basmati rice,coriander leaves and water and mix all

Cover with the lid,Cook it until 1 whistle,after 1 whistle keep it on low flame for 2 -3 mint,remove the lid once all pressure is removed from the cooker

Then serve with raita
