Steps

Chop the vegetable, add into pressure cooker, add peas, salt and enough water(3/4cup or half glass.) to cook them, wait for 3 whistle. Let it cool completely and mash them. If there is extra water then strain the water and then mash veggies. (U can put veggies in strainer, so that vegetables can be cooked in steam. Not directly into water.)

Curn, tomatoes, socked red chilli, salt and sugar. (You can avoid sugar) In a sauce pan, add this puri and keep simmering for 4-5min. Add lemon juice, mix well. Wait for a min or Till it thickens enough to spread. Turn off heat. Transfer into bowl.

Bind dough with, wheat flour, plain flour/ maida, salt, oil/butter and water as needed. Bind soft dough as we do for roti/chapati. Give rest for 5min.

Now crush, garlic, ginger, coriander, and cumin seeds.

Heat 3-4 tbsp oil, when it is normal hot add garlic paste and saute for a min. Now add chopped onion and cook for more 3-4 min. Then add chopped tomatoes and salt for tomato, turn heat high and cook till it release oil.

Now add Dry all masalas (Turmaric, chilli powder and bhaji masala) cook for 10-20sec. And then add 2tbsp water and cook for another 2-3 min. (make it very thick bhaji. Like samosa's stuffing) Now add mashed veggies and mix well. Sommer for 5-7min. Keep aside.

Knead the dough again and divide into 6 rolls. Roll them into big 8-9" round and thin chapati. Just lightly roast on tawa. Keep aside.

Mix tomato sauce and ketchup.

Take one roti and spread sauce. At one side, put 2-3 spoonful of stuffing and lightly press with spoon. It take rectangular shape. Top with sliced onion, tomato, capsicum and cabbage. Grate cheese on it.

1st cover with the less side of roti, then fold both sides to seal them. Now hold tightly with stuffing and salad that doesn't roll and come out, and fold again (first cover will hold and cover the stuffing and next fold will seal the roll. Last it will be rectangular 6" and 1inch thick roll)

Cover completely. Now heat the tawa and add some butter. Saute wraps for a while and cut half. Serve with ur favourite dips or chutney or sauce.
