In a bawl add basan Kurd 2 cup water. Churn it well

In a pan add 4 tspn oil.

Add mustard seeds.

Add turmeric chilli powder add curd basan mixture stirring continuously. Add salt let it boil.

Cook over low flame for 15 minutes add bundi switch off the gas

Prepare tempering of 2 tspn oil whole red chilli curry leaves and asafoetida add it to kadhi

U may also use homemade bundi
