  2. 1frozen banana
  3. 3frozen strawberrys
  4. 1 cupyogurt
  5. 1 cupwater or milk
  6. 1 cupbaby spinach (optional)
  7. Ice cubes (optional)

    Blend spinach & water until blended well (20 seconds, skip this step if not using greens).

  2. 2

    Add yogurt, banana, strawberrys, kiwi & 8-10 ice cubes (optional) until blended well.

    Serve with a smile & enjoii!!
