Ingredients

  • 1/4 kgukwaju
  • 1/4 kgsugar
  • 2 piecesgarlic
  • 1 pieceginger
  • 1.5 litreswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil ukwaju and water

    A picture of step 1 of Ukwaju juice.

    When it boil add small pieces of garlic en ginger

    Then add sugar en wait of it to boil for 2 minutes.

    Remove from the pan wait to cool then remove the seed.

  5. 5

    For a cold drink put the juice in the fridge

  6. 6

    Enjoy your ukwaju juice
