Mix besan and purée of mango in a bowl.
Add dry masalas.mix well.add water to it - 2
Heat oil in heavy bottom pan and add panchpuran masala.when splutters add onion- garlic.
Fry till onion becomes brown
Add besan batter to it - 3
Cover it and let it be done on slow heat for 1/2 an hour
In the meantime take besan in a bowl add water and whisk it make light smooth batter as for pakora. - 4
Mix besan salt and water in a bowl heat oil in a pan and fry pakora till done.

Now add pakoda to. Kadhi and cook for 10 minutes
Add coriander leaves - 6
Heat desi ghee add little red chilli and sprinkle on kadhi.serve hot with rice
