  1. Ram,chicken or beef i used beef
  2. Fresh pepper and plenty onions
  3. to tasteMaggi and salt
  4. Ginger and garlic
  5. Cumin and coriander powder
  6. Cloves
  7. Curry and thyme
  8. Veg/oil optional the oil from your meat can serve
  9. Tumeric

Steps

    Marinate meat over night with all ingredients listed above....i marinated mine for 3days,😁
