Test your yeast activeness by putting the two tablespoons yeast in a small bowl. Add warm water and little sugar.

If you don't have fresh coconut milk. Add little water to the grated coconut and blend roughly. Turn everything in a bowl. This step is important to taste coconut in your puff puff

Get a bigger bowl and mix the flour, sugar, activated yeast, blended coconut. Mix everything thoroughly with warm water to get a light coconut mix.

Keep in a warm place for 25 minutes

Heat vegetable oil to be very hot and fry in batches.
