Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1 cupCooked Rice
  • 4 tablespoonGram flour
  • 2 tablespoonRefined flour
  • 2 tbsp Carrot (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoonCapsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoonGinger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoonOnion seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoonCarom seeds
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tablespoonChilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoonTomato sauce
  • For fryingOil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl, combine all ingredients except refined flour and oil and prepare a mixture of it and shape cutlets of it as per your choice in equal halves.

    Now mix refined flour with water and salt and make liquidy batter of it.

  3. 3

    The dip those cutlets in refined flour batter and deep fry them in medium hot oil.
