Take a pan and add butter in it. Add spring onions whites and saute for a while. Now add green chilli and ginger garlic paste and mix well. Cook them together for a minute

Now add tomatoes finely chopped. Cover and cook untill the tomatoes are soft and mushy. Now add capsicum finely chopped and cook for a while.

Add red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup and mix well. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt pepper.

Add little water and mix well. Let every ingredient cook together very well. When all the masalas are cooked well then add grated paneer. Add some water of your desired consistency.

The dish must not be watery. Add oregano and kasuri methi and garnish with Coriander leaves and some more grated paneer.
