Mix seasoning of choice with salt and marinate tofu slices for some minutes.

Fry in a hot oil.

Deep fry both side and drain excess oil.

In a bowl,mix all remaining ingredients except sesame seeds olive and lettuce.

Mix well and allow to stay overnight/Add oil on a pan and fry for some minutes,keep aside.

Arrange fried tofu on a serving plate.
- 7
Pour in the sauce and spring sesame seeds for garnish.
