Ingredients

  • 250 gmcarrot (gajar) cut in strips
  • 1 bunchmethi chopped
  • 1 tbspcumin
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 2 tspoil
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric powder

    Heat oil add cumin

    Place gajar,methi and all spices,mix and cover it

  3. 3

    Cook till gajar become soft,now off the flame
