Ingredients

  • 100 gmsMaida
  • 60 gmsButter
  • 1/4 tspBaking powder
  • 2 tbspPowder Sugar
  • 1 pinchMix spice
  • 1/4 tspGround ginger
  • 1/2 tspVanila essence
  • a pinchGreen food colour
  • a pinchRed food colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat butter and sugar till light then add all ingredients except food colour

  2. 2

    Make dough and refrigerate for 1/2 hour roll and cut with cutter

  3. 3

    Bake at 120 degree for 15 min,
