Steps

Cook potatoes until almost cooked. Chop veggies and blanch

Heat oil, add cumin seeds fry, add onion and cook until softened

Add ginger garlic, tomato, spices, peanuts, Fry few minutes. Allow to cool, then blend until smooth

Pour mixture back into pan, add blanched veggies, cook a bit

Add yoghurt, stir then take off heat. Serve
