In a mixing bowl, mix together, besan, curd, turmeric, ajwain and salt, mix well. Add water to get a smooth batter.

Heat a tawa, take a portion of the batter and spread on the tawa in circular motion. Put few drops of oil all over. Flip once done, cook for another 30 seconds.

Serve hot with mint chutney.
