Ingredients

  • ,2potatoes
  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 3 tbstomato paste
  • 1garlic clove
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and dice the onion and grate the tomatoes and garlic

  2. 2

    Fry the onions in oil till brown the add the tomatoes and garlic and sautee for 2minutes

  3. 3

    Add the tomato paste and potatoes and stir and enough water to cook the potatoes

  4. 4

    Season with salt and serve
