Steps

Make a cut in a brinjal into 4 pieces and keep aside into water.

Make a stuffing for brinjal: take a jar and add copped onion,garlic,ginger,green chilli,groundnut powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala,salt,turmeric powder,and make ke fine paste with the help of water.

Stuff the brinjal with this paste.keep aside the rest of paste.

Now in a pan heat oil when oil is ready put mustard seeds,cumin seeds and brinjal in it and add peas now put the leftover paste and cook it for 5 min,and after 5 min add some water and cooked it until brinjals are not cooked.in the end garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve it.
