  • 2 cupsflour
  • 4 tbsmargarine
  • 1 Tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 Tspsalt
  • 2 TSpsugar
  • 2fried fish(sardines)
  • water
  • 1small onion
  • to tasteseasoning

    In a bowl,add dry ingredients,add the margarine and mix well until it comes out crumbly.Add water a little bit at a time until the dough is formed. Then transfer the dough to work surface and knead for 5 to 6mins. cover it to rest for 20mins

  2. 2

    While the dough is resting,let make the filling. In a skillet,stir fry the crush pepper with onions. In a bowl mash the fried fish and add the fried pepper,add the seasoning.

  3. 3

    Bring out the dough in a work surface. Using your rolling pin stretch out the dough until it is 3inch, cut the dough into rectangular shapes then put some fillings (abt a spoon) in the button part of it. Then roll it. Brush the edges with water

    Deep fry on a medium heat until golden brown
