In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and honey and stir well.

Cut the chicken (or meat) into small cubes

On medium heat, put your chicken (meat or shrimp) and stir until cooked

Add the sauce and stir, then simmer under the pan cover for at least 5-10 minutes

Serve and enjoy with rice, I like to add it to pasta and infuse the pasta with the sauce
