Nankhatai(without oven)

Mix 1 cup flour, baking powder and elaichi powder at the first go.

In another bowl, Add sugar powder and ghee stir until a creamy texture is observed.

Pour this sugar and ghee paste in that flour and baking powder bowl and make a dough with the help of hands.

Keep the dough aside in room temperature for 10 minutes.

Take off the lid and ring of a pressure cooker. then add 1 cup salt in that cooker. put the stand onto the salt for pre heating of cooker, just like given in pic.

Now pre- heat the cooker for 10-15 minutes untill the salt gets light brownish colour.

Until the cooker gets pre heated. make few balls out of the dough and press them in a cookie shape.

When the salt gets brownish in colour, place the cookies on that stand and bake them in a medium flame.

Note: pre-heating should be done in high flame.

After 10-12 minutes, your cookies are ready to eat
