Hang the yogurt in Muslim cloth till the water is drained out. This may take couple of hours, keep squeezing to fasten the process. You’ll be left with almost 1&1/2 cup of yogurt.

Grind the sugar with 8/10 saffron strands. Grinding it will bring out better aroma.

Whisk sugar and yogurt till it’s mixed properly and forms a creamy texture. Add a pinch of colour, chopped nuts, Rose water and cardamom and nutmeg powder. Save some from all the seasonings for garnishing. And whisk till all the ingredients are incorporated.

Put it in an airtight container, garnish with all the above mentioned ingredients and chill it in fridge for an hour before serving. Boun appetite
