It's a multi vitamin paratha ..i have used to spinach, potato or green peas. You can be add anything veg like, carrots, Beans, onion, cauliflower etc.
This partha is Fully healthy tasty Paratha with coriander leaves chutney.

It's a multi vitamin paratha ..i have used to spinach, potato or green peas. You can be add anything veg like, carrots, Beans, onion, cauliflower etc.

Steps

Take a wheat flour add clean, chopped spinach, salt, red chilli powder mix well, make a smooth dought.. Keep a side rest for 20 minutes...

Take a boil, peel, meshed potatoes, boil meshed green peas and add chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder,garam masala mix it well... Stuffing is ready...

Take a medium sized balls of the dough make a small size puri apply 1 spoonful of suffing in the center..

Seel the puri round with your fingers.. Press the rolling on the top of the dough, wheal making the paratha..

Heat the tava / pan and rosting the Partha, apply oil or butter on the both side.

Cook until the crapsy or light red colour on medium flame..

Multi vitamin paratha is ready to serve with coriander chutney or raita..
