1/2 cupwhole moong
1 cupsoya chunks
1boiled and peeled potato
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
2 teaspooncoriander powder
1 pinchhing
1 teaspoonchaat masala
as neededOil for frying

Wash and soak moong for 6 hours.

Wash and soak soya chunks for 30 minutes.

Drain water of both moong and soya chunks and grind in mixer.

Now add all spices, boiled potato and mix well
5

Make dough and take small balls and give round shape.

Fry in hot oil at medium flame
