Ingredients

1 cupcooked brown rice
1 medium sized chopped onion
1 tspchopped garlic
1 tspchopped green chilli
1/2 cupchopped tomato (deseeded)
1 cupboiled soybean
1/2 cupboiled snake beans
1 tspcumin powder
1/2 tspchilli powder
1/2 tspamchur
1/2 tspgaram masala
to tasteSalt
1 tbspOlive oil

Steps

Heat oil in a pan.

Add chopped onion, garlic and stir for 10 seconds.

Add all the ingredients except brown rice.

Saute for 2 minute on a low flame.

Add brown rice and stir for sometime.

Serve hot.
