Dates and dryfruit rolls Dates and chocolate rolls

Take a big pan, add dates and 3 tbsp ghee. Saute for 2-3 mins. Mix well and make smooth texture of dates. Add honey and mix well.

Turn off heat and add khas khas. Mix well. Let it cool down a little.

Chopped both nuts, and part them in half half.

In one part of chopped nuts, add 2tbsp milk powder and ghee, mix well. In other part of chopped nuts, mix milk powder, coconut powder, sugar, cocoa powder and ghee. Mix well and keep aside. (If needed, add some more ghee to it. Just to bind them.)

Take a long pice of aluminium foil, spread half of dates mixture on it, semi thick in rectangular shape or squre.

Now spread dryfruit and milk powdered mixture on this. Roll it tightly and keep it in fridge for an hour.

Take remaining dates mixture and make the same as before, into this, spread chocolate mixture and roll it tightly. Keep it in fridge for an hour. (if you are not free to cut after an hour, you can put them for a day, or as your time schedule, not compulsory just to put for hour.)

Cut them into pieces and serve. Store in a refrigerator for 20-25 days.
