Now heat the 3 tbsp oil.add Julian's of onion and chopped tomato.saute 5-10 minutes.cool it.

Firstly peel onions and cut 2onions in Julians and one onion chop in small pieces.chop tomato also.another side cut the carrot and potato in small cube shape and boil all vegetables include carrot,potato.

Take onion and tomato in a mixi jar.add coriander, turmeric, cumin,Degi mirch,garam masala, kitchen king powder and make a soft purie.

Now heat the pan and transfer the purie in it.cook 5-10 minutes on low flame. add malai and cook 5 minutes.add 1 cup water and give 1 boil.add Salt according to taste.your gravy is ready.

Now heat another pan.take one tbsp oil.saute chopped onion.add all boiled veggies,paneer cuted into small square shape.saute for 2-3 minutes.add black pepper powder,Salt according to taste,jeeravan powder.saute for 2-3 minutes.now your stuffing is ready.

Now cut the capsicum half and fill the stuffing.now half cook the capsicum in gravy.when it is half cook, switch off the gas.keep the lid on the pan for half an hour.now your stuffed capsicum is ready.
