In a pot boil water then add little oil nd salt,using a whisker or spatula slowly start adding rice(as the water is boiling)nd be mixing add mix add mix till it becone stiff nd thick(very thick)the using a foil paper,or newspaper cover the pot then put the lid on the paper,reduce heat to very low nd allow it to cook for atkst 15-20mins.when cooked use a fork to lighly dig😂then serve.

In a pan add oil nd palmoil then onion fry then add peppermix fry fry fry add in shredded fish,ginger nd seasonings of choice then add spring onion stir fry for good 1 mins then turn off heat and server💃 enjoy.
