  2. Maggi
  3. Salt
  4. Onions
  5. Palm oil
  6. Fish
  7. Beef
  8. Vegetable

30minutes
  1. 1

    Wash meat and season with maggi salt onions add the fresh fish and steam very well

  2. 2

    Add more water pepper

  3. 3

    Grind smoothly the Mellon add water and mix not watery and add to the seasoned meat

  4. 4

    Allow to boil add palm oil allow for more minutes and let the vegetables come in last
