  • Grinded Egusi
  • leafBitter
  • Crayfish
  • Salt
  • Maggi
  • Periwinkle
  • Red oil
  • Beef meat

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook your meat with water, salt, maggi and onions for 30minutes

  2. 2

    Add red oil, pepper and the egusi then stir properly. Put maggi and salt taste and cook for 30minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the bitter leaf and periwinkle and cook for 10 minutes. Soup is ready
