Steps

To make upma; heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds, urad dal & curry leaves.

Add onions & green chillies & sauté well.

Now add water to it & let it boil.

Then add semolina to it, mixing it continuously. Then add coriander to it & mix well.

Now grease a dish with little oil & add this upma to it.

Refrigerate this for 30 minutes. & then cut into bars. Coat these bars with sesame seeds and sooji.

Then deep or shallow fry them untill outer layer got golden. Drain on a paper towel & serve. 😊
