Take a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, ghee, mix well add water in small portion, and knead a soft dough.

Cover and keep the dough for 20 to 25 mins to set.

For stuffing take hung curd, paneer, grinded sev, coriander leaves, turmeric powder,salt, coriander powder, mix well

Break a small lump from dough, make 2 balls then roll each one.Coat in flour roll it out in thin. Keep in plate.

Take a one sheet spread ghee over it, put stuffing, spread evenly, keep another sheet over it, stick edge press well with hands, slightly roll it out.

Flip it stick edges well, press with fork, meanwhile put tava to heat

Put ghee and grease the tawa, put the paratha to roast on medium heat
- 8
Once slightly roasted from beneath, flip it, roast well till brown spots appears. Take out and keep it over bowl.

Serve hot with butter, chutney, pickle, or sabji.
