Ingredients

  1. White rice(the one used for masa)
  2. Sugar
  3. Jinger(dried)
  4. Water
  5. Clove(kanumfari)

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the rice for one hour, wash and grind,seive the rice flour

  2. 2

    Put the sugar in a pot and add water and allow it to become a syrup

  3. 3

    Mix the rice flour with the ginger powder,kanumfari and the sugar syrup

  4. 4

    Shape it to your desired shape
