Wash the gizzard,season it with your spices and seasonings,add water and allow it to boil

When the gizzard is ready,heat a pan,add the vegetable oil and deep fry the gizzard

After frying,cut the gizzard into tiny bits and keep aside. Then take your red, yellow and green peppers and onions and cut them into strips and set aside

Dice the plaintain and fry in the vegetable oil and set aside.

In a clean pot,add a bit of vegetable oil and set on heat. Pour in the red, yellow and green peppers and onions and add a cube of Maggi and a pinch of salt. Just fry them for about 2-3 minutes,then pack them out and put in a sieve

Add d blended pepper into the hot vegetable oil and fry. Add the seasonings,add the gizzards bit by bit,then add the fried plaintain and finally the red, yellow and green peppers and onions. Bring to a steam.

And your delicious gizdodo is ready.
