Ingredients

  • 500 gmswheat flour (thick)
  • 500 gmsghee
  • 500 gmsjaggery
  • 100 gmsBatrisu/katalu
  • 100 gmsgond/edible gum
  • 50 gmsmethi powder
  • 1 tbspsaunth powder
  • 1 tbspganthola powder
  • 1vati dry coconut
  • 2 tbspeach Dry fruits - Almonds, cashews, Pista, walnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee, roast the edible gum. It will become big in size. Keep aside.

  2. 2

    Now heat ghee roast wheat flour. Let it be golden brown. Chop the coconut and roast it. Cool it and grind it. Grind the edible gum too.

  3. 3

    Chop the dry fruits and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Now again heat ghee and melt jaggery. Now mix the wheat flour, jaggery and all remaining ingredients. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Now spread it in a plate and press evenly with a vati or spatula. Then garnish with dry fruits. Cut and make pieces.
