Ingredients

  1. For paste
  2. 1 table spooncoconut oil
  3. 1 table spoonchana dal
  4. 1 table spoonurad dal
  5. 1/4 cupfresh grated coconut
  6. 1 table spoonsaseme seeds
  7. 5whole dry Kashmiri red chilli broken
  8. 1 inchcinnamon
  9. 2 table spooncoriander seeds
  10. Other Ingredients
  11. 2 table spooncoconut oil
  12. 1/4 cupraw peanuts
  13. 1/2 cuptuar dal soaked
  14. 1/2 cupchopped potatoes
  15. 1/2 cupchopped capsicum
  16. 1/4 cupchopped French beans
  17. 1/4 cupchopped carrot
  18. 1/4 cupchopped red pumpkin
  19. 1/4 cupdrumstick pieces
  20. 2 table spoonhaldi powder
  21. 3 table spoontamarind pulp
  22. 3 table spoonghee
  23. salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a nonstick pan put all paste ingredients 4 to 5 minutes golden brown.Keep cool and add water and grind fine paste.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in pressure cooker add curry leaves, all vegtables,rice, tuar daal, peanuts, haldi powder, salt, fine paste along with 4 cup hot water and mix Well

  3. 3

    Pressure cook for 4 whistle.Cool pressure open the lid mix well serve hot immediately.
