Ingredients

  • Liver
  • Lard (trex)
  • Onions
  • Oxo & water
  • Seasoned flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the liver into the seasoned flour

  2. 2

    Seal the floured liver in the lard

  3. 3

    Remove the liver from the pan

  4. 4

    Add the onions (big slices) & soften them

  5. 5

    Add oxo & water

  6. 6

    Add liver and cook through
