A change of poultry meat, just in case you get tired of eating chicken.

Cut, wash turkey meat properly, put in a pot, add seasoning cubes and salt, add curry and thyme, add chopped onions, add preferred spices, mix together so all the spices can go round, cover and allow to boil for some minutes (without adding water) after that, add required quantity of water. Allow to cook until tender.

Remove meat from the pot when cooked, and put in a basket to remove excess water. You can reserve the water, it can later be used as stock for your soup, stew or jollof rice.

Put vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the meat and fry until golden brown. Your fried turkey is ready! Enjoy!!!
