Steps

Knead a soft dough with flour salt and ghee

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

Add the Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

As the Potato is soft add sugar,mix well and keep aside

Now take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape

Put the peas filling in it and roll into round shape
- 7
Heat a pan add ghee and shallow fry the parathas
- 8
Serve it is ready.
