Airfried Green Peas Ghughara

A delicious starter for any party ..baked in Airfryer.
Steps

Crushed peas in mixer grinder coarsely.In non stick kadhai add heat oil,add crushed peas and saute continuously till cooked.(approximately 5-7 mins)

Remove from flame,add chopped coriander leaves, chillies ginger paste,garam masala, sugar powder, salt, grated coconut, squeeze lemon juice and mix well. Keep aside to cool.

In mixing bowl add wheat flour and maida,oil and salt,mix and add little water to make tight dough. Keep cover.

Make 10 equal size portion of dough,roll out in 6 cm puri.Place 1 tbsp of prepared peas mixture..as shown.

Fold into half circle.. close the edge & press firmly. Make design on edge with pinch & press method.

Preheat Airfryer at 180 for 5 mins. Apply/ brush all prepared green peas ghugharas with oil..as shown.

Place them in preheated Airfryer, half bake them for 10 mins on 180...Cool completely..for 1/2 hour.

Again place half baked green peas ghugharas in Airfryer, baked them for 8-10 mins..till crispy and golden brown in colour.

Serve /Relish Hot Airfried Green Peas Ghugharas...with green coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
