Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • Stale bread (about the size of a baguette)
  • 3eggs
  • 1 2/3 cupsmilk (about 400 ml)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Add toppings as you like

Steps

    Beat the eggs and milk together.

  2. 2

    Cut the bread and soak it in the mixture.

  3. 3

    Once the bread is well soaked, heat a pat of butter in a skillet. When hot, fry the bread slices.

    Serve hot. If you like, add cheese, bacon, or chorizo. Enjoy!
